Apprentices

Seeded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, our paid 9-month Apprenticeship Program trains youth (17+), kinship caregivers, and parents who’ve completed our programs to lead. Apprentices gain skills in peer support, community leadership, and workforce readiness, with pathways to join our team, continue training, or launch into meaningful careers.
